Our mission is to make the housing market transparent so that supply and demand are better matched in the future. By making trends and developments in the housing market visible, we help government bodies and market players make important choices. This minimises risks and exploits opportunities.

Strategic cooperation

Clappform

Clappform is the data analytics platform for the built environment. The flexible cloud-based platform enables the creation of valuable insights from both structured and unstructured data, integrating advanced data analytics into businesses. With knowledge and expertise from across industries, Clappform helps integrate and develop AI - solutions to make business processes smarter.

Treehouse

Treehouse has been bringing supply and demand on the housing market together through the Pararius brand since 2006 and with no fewer than 2.5 million visitors a month it is the largest rental platform in the Netherlands. All professional property parties such as estate agents, property developers and housing corporations can place rental and purchase properties on Pararius. The housing offers on the platform are therefore up-to-date, honest, complete and completely free of charge for house hunters. Consequently, more than 70,000 people find their new home on Pararius every year!

Social impact

January 2023: Supervision live case International Entrepreneurship

The course is a joint effort between researchers and students from the Free University Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and the University of Amsterdam. Realstats' mission is to contribute to transparency in the real estate market through data and analysis. Two groups of researchers will investigate in which European regions there is potential for further expansion of our product.

November 2022: Thesis fair - Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam

Our team attended the event for students from the faculty of computer science and artificial intelligence (AI) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Nice to see so many enthusiastic students at the event. We look forward to working with the students in the new year.
