Treehouse has been bringing supply and demand on the housing market together through the Pararius brand since 2006 and with no fewer than 2.5 million visitors a month it is the largest rental platform in the Netherlands. All professional property parties such as estate agents, property developers and housing corporations can place rental and purchase properties on Pararius. The housing offers on the platform are therefore up-to-date, honest, complete and completely free of charge for house hunters. Consequently, more than 70,000 people find their new home on Pararius every year!
March 2026: Guiding the Business AI Challenge on behalf of Clappform for the MSc AI students at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
The students truly impressed us. They came prepared, had clearly put in serious effort, and presented thoughtful perspectives on the opportunities and challenges of AI in a business context. It was great to see the depth of their analysis and the originality of their angles.
A big thank you to all the students for their hard work and engagement, and to the VU for the opportunity to be involved in this inspiring initiative.
November 2025: Thesis fair - Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam
Our team attended the event for students from the faculty of computer science and artificial intelligence (AI) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Nice to see so many enthusiastic students at the event. We look forward to working with the students in the new year.
January 2023: Supervision live case International Entrepreneurship
The course is a joint effort between researchers and students from the Free University Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and the University of Amsterdam. Realstats' mission is to contribute to transparency in the real estate market through data and analysis. Two groups of researchers will investigate in which European regions there is potential for further expansion of our product.
